MyCommunitySpace is a trading name of Computer Contracting Limited (company no 11227567) which offers not-for-profit organisations and charities suitable spaces to develop their projects, whether that be for a large event, meeting or work space.  MyCommunitySpace can also assist if you have under-utilised office or meeting room space that you wish to rent out and generate income.

Use of the Site

This website (‘the Site’) is the property of and operated by MyCommunitySpace and is made available to you solely on the Terms and Conditions set out below. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions ‘MyCommunitySpace’ will be referred to as ‘MCS’ from now on. MCS may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should therefore visit this page periodically to review the current Terms and Conditions. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern MCS’s relationship with you in relation to this website. The use of premises data and any personal information supplied to MCS by you and other users of this site is governed by our ‘Privacy Policy’. The premises information will be publicly available, but any personal information you disclose will not be made available to third parties. However, MCS will collate personal data for the purpose of compiling reports to funders.

The information and services available on this site are provided only for the purpose of assisting you and other individuals in finding suitable premises to hire or rent, or to assist you in managing a space or Community Building. You agree not to submit, post or transmit on this site inaccurate, incomplete, false or offensive materials or information. You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.

When listing a space/venue as a Provider, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied, facilities and services offered and the stated condition of your space/venue as part of the application process undertaken to listing such a space/venue. You will be asked to agree to these terms and conditions during the process. By submitting a listing to MCS you warrant that you have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. When using the MCS website as a member of the public it should be noted that as an organisation, MCS does not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy of the information supplied, facilities and services offered and the stated condition of any space/venue. It is your responsibility to contact the Provider concerned and confirm the requirements. MCS is absolved from any and all forms of misrepresentation at the hand of our Providers.

In no event will MCS be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.
