Belsize Community Library, 1937, by Hold and R de W Aldridge is listed at Grade II. It offers you a beautiful, luminous and affordable place for your event (from art workshops to training sessions, book launches, performances, meetings, conference and all in between).
Our open-plan space is very versatile and can be used either with tables to work on, or with sofas for a cosy get together. The space is furnished with 3 big tables and 25 chairs - we also have extra chairs in storage - that are easy to arrange according to your own needs, or moved to the side for maximal use of open space. We also have furniture for smaller children, as well as toys. Overall, the spacious and bright library gives you a hall for your unique event up to 100 people.
By renting the space you also get access to the kitchen for coffee and tea. The building lies in the central area of Belsize Park, between Camden and Hampstead. The library is easy to reach by bus and metro, and is situated opposite of a playground.
By renting our space you are ensuring that our community library stays open. Belsize Community Library is powered by The Winch, a charity organisation that supports children and young people.
